A straightforward approach to fitness

Eric Legg started BodyRoute because he noticed a gap between what most people actually need from fitness and what the industry typically offers. Overcomplicated programs, gym culture that can feel intimidating, and advice that assumes everyone is training for a competition — none of that is helpful for the majority of people who just want to move more and feel better.

After more than 15 years of working with and studying fitness and physical activity, Eric built BodyRoute around a simpler idea: practical routines that fit into real life. No extreme protocols. No promises about dramatic transformations. Just consistent, sensible movement.

Working fully online allows Eric to work with people wherever they are — whether they have a home gym, a yoga mat, or just a bit of open floor space. The format is flexible and designed around the individual, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

BodyRoute is based in Upland, California, but serves clients entirely online. If you want a straightforward conversation about your fitness activity, Eric is easy to reach.

What BodyRoute is built on

01

Consistency over intensity

Regular moderate movement is more effective long-term than occasional extreme effort. BodyRoute is built around habits, not events.

02

Realistic expectations

Fitness takes time. Results come from sustained effort over weeks and months, not from any single program or technique.

03

Accessible by design

Every routine is designed to be doable for the person following it — not a demonstration of what is theoretically possible.

04

No unnecessary complexity

If something can be simple, it should be. Complexity does not make a fitness routine more effective.
